- Engineering Manager of Commercial Ship Design and Ship Repair Engineering, led the research and development of surface ship concepts and technologies, led the design of the first U.S. designed and built large commercial vessel sold to a foreign ship owner in over 20 years, led the design effort on a major Sealift conversion project.
