Penn State University: The Nittany Lion Open

The Webb Institute Sailing Team came in first place out of eight teams this weekend at the Penn State University Nittany Lion Open.  The regatta has held in light and variable conditions on Foster Joseph Sayers Lake in central Pennsylvania.  Webb was dominant from the very beginning, with James Codega and Mike LaRose placing first in the opening race.  Doug Zangre and Marc Smith brought down the hammer in B-division before handing it off the Troy Zangle and Sam Waterhouse to box it up and bring it home.

Good job to the team and wish us luck as we enter the penultimate week of our racing season.  We would like to thank the Penn State sailors for putting together a fun event and being great hosts.
