Ways to Give

Thank you for considering a gift to Webb Institute. Your contribution of any size will provide the college with vital resources and ensure Webb's financial security providing current and future generations of Webb students an exceptional engineering education with a full-tuition scholarship.

You may contribute by credit card, check or arrange for automatic monthly or quarterly payments.

Thank you in advance for your generosity. You will receive confirmation of your gift by email and mail. You will be listed in the appropriate Giving Club in the school's Annual Report unless you wish to be listed as "Anonymous" and/or have your "Club" designation waived.

Contribute with Automatic Payments

For those who would like to set up an "installment plan," the Development Office can set up periodic (e.g., monthly or quarterly) automatic recurring charges to a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. To arrange, please call the Development Office at 516-759-2040 or email them at devoff@webb.edu.

 

Contribute with Publicly Traded Stocks and Securities

Supporters of Webb Institute may prefer to make their donation through gifts of appreciated stock, bonds, real estate or mutual funds. Not only will donors help advance the mission of Webb Institute, they will:

  • receive a charitable income tax deduction in the amount equal to the current market value of the appreciated property
  • minimize or possibly eliminate liability for payment of capital gains tax
  • feel satisfied about making a difference in the lives of Webb students

For donating publicly traded stock and securities to Webb Institute, please direct your broker to transfer the securities to Webb Institute's account with Fidelity. Kindly contact the Development Office to let Webb know your intentions so we are certain to record the gift appropriately.
