Mission: The Office of the Registrar maximizes student success and improves the student experience by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of academic records, providing professional delivery of services related to those records and implementing and enforcing academic standards and regulations in a consistent and courteous manner.
Services: The Office of the Registrar maintains an accurate and complete academic record of courses offered, class enrollments, personal student demographic information, grades awarded for student academic performance, and degrees conferred. The Office of the Registrar also administers many of the academic standards and regulations of the institution and provides leadership to the campus in the area of student records management. An extensive array of services to various on and off campus constituencies, students, staff, and faculty are provided.

The academic records of all current and former students are maintained by the Office of the Registrar. The Registrar is also responsible for issuing official and unofficial transcripts of those records. Official transcripts are sent by request when the student has met all financial obligations at Webb Institute. There is a $5 processing fee per official transcript.
